  About Us

Others talk about it, we've got it. With over 125 years of combined experience in the fields of title insurance, escrow and law, our accomplished local staff is here to help you navigate the title insurance and real estate closing process, whether you’re buying, selling or lending in Jackson Hole.

We pride ourselves on being nimble and solutions-oriented. We love a challenge and always try to find a way to say “yes.” Perhaps this is because we write for multiple underwriters…or because we have a state underwriting attorney on staff.  Or maybe we’re just title nerds who love this stuff. Whatever the reason, we’re the Jackson Hole team who can get your deal done.

We’re local – still run by the same people who founded our company in 1991.  We’re also regional – backed by the strength of Title Financial Corporation, a regional holding company with title agents in Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.  JHTE has the assets and resources to compete with the big direct operations without losing our identity and local “hands-on” approach.

  Meet Our Staff

After graduating from Middlebury College in Vermont, Nancy began her professional life as a sales representative for Procter & Gamble in the Boston area. She followed that with a stint in sports marketing (Washington, D.C. and Aspen, Colorado), but she achieved every child's dream of a career in title insurance when she co-founded Jackson Hole Title & Escrow in 1991. She took her nerd status to the next level in 2011, when she became President of the Wyoming Land Title Association (WLTA). Currently, she serves on committees for both the WLTA and the American Land Title Association, and still manages JHTE for Title Financial Corporation, to whom she sold the business in 2013.

Nancy has co-created two daughters and feels that we should all just work hard and be nice to people (unless you're out playing in the mountains or on the water, in which case you should still be nice).
